Sunday Outfit of the Day

Hi everyone!

I thought I would do a little 'outfit of the day' post for a bit of variation...

• Jacket - Zara
• Belt - Primark
• Dress - Dorothy Perkins
• Necklace - H&M
• Leggings - Primark
• Lipstick - Revlon Lip Butter Candy Apple

These posts are not really my strong point as I tend feel a little awkward in outfit pictures. Actually, I'll correct that, all pictures ha ha!

Please excuse the photo quality and ignore the fact that I need my roots doing. I've got an appointment next Thursday thankfully. I had my hair done a couple of weeks before Christmas and annoyingly it seems to have grown out so quickly this time. I'm considering going for a darker blonde all over colour rather than highlights. This would be much closer to my own colour and I'm thinking it would be easier to maintain, not to mention less pricey. Seriously, hair salons are onto such a good thing!

Anyway today was the first day that it actually felt like Spring is on the way, lovely and sunny without a cloud in the sky. I got this khaki Zara jacket for Christmas but it's been far too cold to wear it yet. We went out for lunch and shopping this afternoon so it made it's first outing. The dress is new this week from Dorothy Perkins. I don't usually shop in there but was pleasantly surprised when I went in, their new Spring Collection is great. Also if you register on Voucher Codes you can get a whopping 25% off everything, including sale stuff. They also have a similar offer for Warehouse. I'm loving the H&M necklace, it goes with everything I own and I have worn it so much since picking it up a few weeks ago. 

I'm not a big follower of trends, I just tend to buy clothes that I like the look of. I hope you've enjoyed this 'amateur' OOTD post ;)
